The candidates are advised to read carefully the rules printed in
the application form before applying for revaluation. The result of
the revaluation would be communicated to the candidate after two
months from the date of application.
The examinees who want to appear at the next examination should not
wait for the result of revaluation. They should submit their appli-
cation form within the due date only.Their form will not be accepted
late because of revaluation. If the result is revised in their favour
due to revaluation they will have option either to accept the marks
of revaluation or to accept the marks or re-examination whichever is
advantageous to them.

INSTRUCTION FOR THE APPLICANTS
1. Amendment in Ordinance No. 71-Rules of revaluation and Scrutiny of
answer books (effective from main Examination 1989). A candidate
may apply for revaluation and/or Scrutiny of answer book within
15 days from the date of issue of the marks sheet and with late
fees of Rs.50/- another 5 days.
2. The application must be accompanied by the applicant (Photo Copy)
Marks-sheet issued to the candidate.
3. Fee prescribed for revaluation is Rs.200/- for each paper,subject
to the maximum of two papers. Fee is not refundable in any case.
4. An examinee can get not more than two answer book revalued.
5. Revaluation is not permitted in the case of practical, viva,
sessionals and dissertation and Field work reports.
RULES OF REVALUATION
IF the marks awarded in the paper by the two examiners varies from
the marks given by the original eaxaminer by more than 10% of
maximum marks in the paper,the average of the marks awarded by two
of the examiner the original examiner and the two revaluers and
nearest to each other wlll be taken to represent the "correct
valuation". This average of marks will be awarded to the candidate
for the revision of his result.
Provided that subject to the correction that the least one of the
variations from the original marks is motre than 10% of the
maximum marks in the paper if two differeces in marks allotted by
the three eaxaminers are equal, the marks to the best advantage of
the candidate shall be taken into account for arriving at the
correct valuation.
